Useful information:

• the swimming pool / Jacuzzi area is open from 03.00 pm to 7.00 pm;
• the relax area is open from 03.00 pm to 07.00 pm;
• Children under the age of 15 have access only to the swimming pool / Jacuzzi area;
• In order to guarantee a proper use of the pool/SPA and to avoid any disruption caused by overcrowding, no more than 40 people can access the Wellness Centre at the same time, and customers are kindly asked to book their treatment in advance (55 minutes slots are available, you can book your slot directly in the hotel);;Booking always the same time slot is not permitted, to guarantee to all of our guests the possibility to access the pool/SPA. The time slot should be changed every three days.
• It is possible to book two time slots in the same day, just in case one is reserved for the morning and the other one is reserved for the afternoon (based on availability).
